Error During Synchronization Of SYNC_PROVISIONING_TAG Using SyncPDC (Doc ID 1956911.1)

On : PDC version, Import Export Utility

Scenario :

In a customer environment with PDC-BRM-ECE installed to work together :

1) Run SyncPDC

Clean up work item SYNC_PROVISIONING_TAG...
Work item SYNC_PROVISIONING_TAG started (item 7 of 8).
  Processing EXTRACT work action...
  Work action EXTRACT completed.
  Processing ANALYZE work action...
  Work action ANALYZE completed.
  Processing TRANSFORM work action...
  Work action TRANSFORM completed.
  Processing LOAD work action...
Data migration Errors: One or more errors were encountered during data migration!
SyncPDC: there is an error during SyncPDC. Check SyncPDC log file for detail.

2) Error in logfile:

SEVERE: An error occured while uploading config objects to the Pricing Server
oracle.communications.brm.pdc.server.common.util.PricingServerException: Error in importing from an XML file in Import/Export tool.
Config object "PROVISIONING_TAG" with name "regular" and entity ID "4433" has validation failures :
ProductAttributeSpec and CustomerAttributeSpec cannot both be null.
