Getting Error From Design Studio 7.2.4 When Upgrading Projects From an Older Version (Doc ID 1956935.1)

Symptoms

We have upgraded a project using Design Studio 7.2.4 by following installation notes. Below are the steps followed for the Cartridges Upgrade.

1. We have exported the project and then restarted the eclipse.
2. Then upgraded the project to 7.2.4 version.
3. It has successfully upgraded and we built the project
4. When we finished upgrading and then building, we closed eclipse
5. When starting again we are getting the error below and we are not able build or view our ASDLs.
6. Design Studio Perspective is not opening. Unable to open the Atomic Actions and Action Processors
