Database Plugin Automation Task Is Stuck Despite SQL State Being Handled In Database Plugin XML Definition (Doc ID 1956951.1)

Last updated on MAY 02, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.2.2 to 7.2.2 [Release 7.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The SQL state is 65000 which should be handled by the plugin, but apparently it is not.  As a result, the process is stuck in the update task, without exiting with “failure” status and is proceeding to the manual task.

<ExecuteThread: '22' for queue: 'oms.automation'>
com.mslv.oms.automation.AutomationException: com.mslv.oms.automation.AutomationException: com.mslv.oms.automation.plugin.database.DatabasePluginException: No exception handler defined for SQLException [class=java.sql.SQLException; error code=6550; SQL state=65000]; rethrowing.
