Real Time Events Are Not Going To Delayed Partition Even After Enabling Delayed Partitions

Goal
Scenario :
- In a customer setup, there is no Batch Pipeline as the implementation is for prepaid and PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING opcode is used for rating
- When calls are rated, in event_t table poid_type /event/session/telco/cdma will be created as these are real time calls .
- One wants these calls/events to go delayed partitions for archiving purpose .
- Tried the following steps :
- enabled delayed partition using the below command as mentioned in the documentation :
- partition_utils -o enable -t delayed -c /event/session/
- created delayed partitions. Partitions created successfully P_D_12182014,P_D_12192014,P_D_12202014 etc .
- simulated a call but the calls are not reflecting in delayed partitions, its still going to real time partitions
- enabled delayed partition using the below command as mentioned in the documentation :
