Real Time Events Are Not Going To Delayed Partition Even After Enabling Delayed Partitions (Doc ID 1957069.1)

Scenario :

• In a customer setup, there is no Batch Pipeline as the implementation is for prepaid  and PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_STOP_ACCOUNTING opcode is used for rating
• When calls are rated, in event_t table poid_type /event/session/telco/cdma will be created as these are real time calls .
• One wants these calls/events to go delayed partitions for archiving purpose .
• Tried the following steps :
  • enabled delayed partition using the below command as mentioned in the documentation :
    •        partition_utils -o enable -t delayed -c /event/session/
  • created delayed partitions. Partitions created successfully P_D_12182014,P_D_12192014,P_D_12202014 etc .
  • simulated a call but the calls are not reflecting in delayed partitions, its still going to real time partitions
