What Does Convergence Use For Secondary Sort Criteria In Mail-Grid View? (Doc ID 1957322.1)

Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 and later

Goal

When you sort by Sender/From in Convergence, what does it use for the secondary sort criteria?

A user may sometimes select a column in the Convergence mail-grid view by which to have their mailbox sorted and displayed.  For example, by date, subject, or sender.  In some cases, a user may find that if they sort by one column, like Sender/From, the messages received by that sender are not then sorted themselves.

For example, the user may select sender/from and expect the following display order:

Why would it not sort by Date, second, after first sorting on the requested sender/from part?  Can I make one column act as a secondary sort criteria if I click that column header in the right order with the other column header?  For example, can I select the date column and then the sender/from column to make it sort by sender/from and then date?
