In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, age restriction validation is not working properly for age-restricted items if the user enters an invalid year of birth.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Ring a sale for an age-restricted item (e.g., item 703).
  2. Enter DOB as
        Date : 11/11
        Year : 0001
  3. Press Next. Item gets added to transaction and the user is returned to the Sell Item screen.
  4. Again enter the age-restricted item (e.g., 703) to the transaction.
