Symptoms

When attempting to subscribe to an externally-generated ASNOut (Store to Warehouse Transfer), and if the item is inactive for the warehouse, the message fails in the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Retail Integration Bus (RIB) hospital with the following exception:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Change the status of an item to 'inactive' for warehouse and discontinued for the store.
  2. Create a return and dispatch it from Store Inventory Management (SIM).
