'No Data Found' under Event Log in Batch Monitor Screen for Transfer Pricing Engine

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, you can no longer see messages in the Batch Monitor screen under "Event Log" for "Transfer Pricing Engine" tasks.  Instead, "No data found is displayed.

 

Additionally, when you check the ICC_MESSAGELOG table in the "config" schema for rows associated with the Batch Run ID, no rows are listed for the Transfer Pricing Engine tasks.  The rows are missing.

You expect to see messages like the following listed:

[14872] Execution Started
[14874] Execution Successful

However, these messages fail to load in the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into OFSAA Infrastructure
  2. Go to Operations > Batch Monitor
  3. Search for and select your Batch Run ID
  4. Select a Task for the Transfer Pricing Engine

No messages are displayed under the Event Log.
