Changecast Disconnect When Attempting to Transfer (Doc ID 1958304.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.2.0 version, ChangeCast

ChagesCAst  disconnects the user that initiates a transfer.
When running a search to reset transfer log, there are no objects returned, regardless if selecting flag transferred nor not transferred.

Telnet from CC server successful

Ping from CC to application server successful

Acollect errors
