Unifier: Error "Access is denied" when run User-Defined Report in HTML and PDF Formats

1. The Unifier interface:
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems

2. Will see the similiar error messages below in the Unifier log:

java.io.IOException: Access is denied

at java.io.WinNTFileSystem.createFileExclusively

at com.skire.form.util.ReportXmlExporter.exportToTempFile
