Tickets Are Not Generating For The Components Of Non-sellable Complex Packs (Doc ID 1958796.1)

Symptoms

Tickets are not generating for the components of non-sellable complex packs

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Assign ticket type to the components.

  2. Create a non sellable complex pack using those components ,but don’t assign the ticket type to the complex item.

  3. Create the Purchase Order(PO) for the complex pack .

  4. Check the TICKET_REQUEST table .No records.

  5. Add the ticket type to the complex pack.

  6. Put PO in worksheet, and re-approve with ticket type added to pack.

  7. Check the TICKET_REQUEST table. Record is being added for the PO.

  8. When they are added to the pack, they generate for the pack and not the components.
