Deleting Jeopardy Code Causes Crash With Error Number 6 (Doc ID 1959178.1)

Symptoms

The application terminates unexpectedly when the user is trying to delete a jeopardy code from a task and add a new jeopardy code to the same task in the same process. 

Note:

The issue arises only when there are multiple jeopardy codes on the task/order and when the user tries to remove an 'open/non-closed' jeopardy code and add a new one while all the other jeopardy codes on that task/order are in "Closed" status.

 
The issue was found inn 6.2.1438
