Function Maintenance Screen Displays ORACLE ! Invalid Request/Error While Processing Request (Doc ID 1959480.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.4.0.0, in the Security Management -> Function Maintenance screen, while navigating to the end of the list of functions, the following error appears:

ERROR
ORACLE ! Invalid Request/Error while processing request


The following errors are also found in the Web Server log:

SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [jsp] in context with path [/OFSAUP03] threw exception [java.lang.NullPointerException] with root cause
Throwable occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Replicate:
1. Security Management -> System Administrator -> Function Maintenance
2. Click Last (546 rows)
3. Find the error on the last 3 pages

Same can be reproduced in WebLogic:
