When SIM 14.0.1 Or 14.1 Is Installed In A Clustered Environment, Find That MPS Workers Cannot Be Started (Doc ID 1959540.1)

Symptoms

If Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 14.0.1 or 14.1 is installed in a cluster environment, note that the application works fine. However, when the users access the MPS Workers using SIM GUI, then a severe system error occurs with the following message trace:

Steps to recreate:

1. Install SIM 14.0.1/14.1 in a clustered environment
2. Start SIM client and log in as an administrator
3. Navigate to Admin-> Technical Maintenance -> MSP Worker Types
4. Select one or more MPS worker types and click on 'Start'
5. Note that a sever system error is reported. Click on details and observe the error reported above
6. Note that if SIM is installed in a non-cluster environment, everything works fine.
