"Transaction Not Found" Error Occurs During Return for Check Transactions

Goal

Why is the ransaction not found during a return for check transactions with searching items?


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to ORPOS.
  2. Ring an item 1234.
  3. Tender with check and complete the transaction.
  4. Note the transaction number and item numbers.
  5. Click on F2 return > F2 search > F5 Check.
  6. Enter item number for the sale along with MICR Number.
  7. Observe the "Transaction not found" error notice.
