Contractor User Group Not Delivered In Base MWM 2.2 And Unable to View Assigned Work (Doc ID 1959644.1)

Goal

Contractor User group has not been delivered as part of Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) 2.2.  It is expected that the Product be delivering a list of recommendations for the Contractor User Group.

We created a CONTRACTOR user group with a list of App services but the Assigned Work Zone on the Capacity Portal does not display.   What Application Services am I missing for the Contractor User Group which does not let me access the Assigned work on the contractor page?
