Reference Trace Id Value Is Not Presented In Transaction Data Detail (Doc ID 1959673.1)

Symptoms

Searching for Transaction Data Detail doesn't show Trace id value although it is associated to one

Steps to reproduce :

1- Login to RMS > Finance > Transaction Data View.
2- Search for a transaction that is associated to a Reference trace id  but without entering reference trace.
3- press on "Detail", check you will find the reference trace id field is empty.
3- close all opened forms and open the Transaction Data View form once more.
4- enter the Reference trace id for the transaction searched for step 2 and press Detail button and check you will find the reference trace id field is not empty.
5- now press refresh to search again but without closing the form and repeat step 2 and 3 with same details , now the  reference trace id field is showing with no issue.
