Batch <Infodom>_INSTRUMENT_VALIDATIONS Fails & Creates Log in Revloader Directory (Doc ID 1959850.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 6.1.x, when you run the seeded Batch "<Infodom>_INSTRUMENT_VALIDATIONS" which contains the program Batch_Table_Class_Req, the Batch fails.  There are no messages in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG for the Batch.  There are no log files output to $FIC_DB_HOME/log/date.  Instead, you find a log output to $FIC_DB_HOME/log/revloader.  The log contains the following:

ClsULogManager :: Singleton Instance Created
Log Message here 1: Wed Jan 7 22:21:53 2015||SEVERE||RevLoader : Component parameters are not passed proprerly.
------------------------------------- End of logging for RevLoader --------------------------------------

As a result of this error, you cannot classify the data tables by running the Batch_Table_Class_Req program.
