Unable To Delete BOM Component Because It Is Connected To An Introductory Revision Of A BOM, But Where Used Tab Does Not Show Assembly Introductory Revision (Doc ID 1960391.1)

Symptoms

Find Introductory revision of the assembly does not appear on the item object (document) "Where Used" tab,

but when trying to delete document object , receive error:

   ... Can not delete item:
   ... This item is a BOM component of at least one item: xxx

Expectations:
-----------------
Where used tab should show Introductory revision of the assembly

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Start Web Client

2. Create new item > part : P00075-FAT

3. Create new item > document : D00075-SON

4. Assign doc D00075-SON to BOM of part P00075-FAT

5. Having P00075-FAT loaded, from Action menu > Create a new Change Order
      C00075-test-del-doc
      
6. On Affected Items tab of new Change C00075-test-del-doc > select row:
      P00075-FAT

7. Redline Section appears below

8. On Redline BOM tab select  doc: D00075-SON and click Remove button
   find  
      D00075-SON striked through out in red

9. Check doc D00075-SON > Where Used tab content - shows used by P00075-FAT

10. Release the Change C00075-test-del-doc

11. Check doc D00075-SON > Where Used tab content - does NOT show anything

Performed Advanced Search - Where Used searches - for object: D00075-SON

- Where-Used – All Levels – Latest Released Revision Only

     Does not return assembly

- Where-Used – Top Level – Latest Released Revision Only

     Does not return assembly

- Where-Used – One Level – Latest Released Revision Only

     Does not return assembly

- Where-Used – One Level – All Released Revisions

     Returns assembly introductory revision
