Goal
In Argus 7.0.3.1:
In the CMN_PROFILE_GLOBAL table the key 'DLP_IGNORE_BLOB_DATA' is set to 1, however all the blob data from CASE_NOTES_ATTACHMENT table is being moved over during the enable DLP process.
