Convergence: Mail Filter Parameter "Copy Message to <Folder>" Is Not Saved Properly

Symptoms
On Convergence 2.0 and 3.0.0.1.0
User creates a mail filter, sets the Action to "Copy Message to <Folder>" and clicks on "Save Filter" button. Filter parameter tab closes and the filter is created successfully.
When he returns to edit that same filter, he finds that the Action parameter is set to "Move Message to <Folder>". Further attempts to edit the filter to set to "Copy Message to <Folder> leads to the same result.
Although the user has selected "Copy message to" while creating/editing a filter it is always getting changed to "Move messages to".
