VCP 12.1.3.9.1

Data in Collections is not in the Planning Data

There are 170 Maintenance Work Orders in Data Collections, but only 30 in the ASCP Planning Data. Therefore, the plan is not picking up all of the maintenance work orders.

In the plan options - we are using Maintenance Work order Aggregation - Individual

-- Navigation path, on how to consistently reproduce the issue.
Reproduce issue: (see attachment with screenshots and detailed navigation)
1. run complete refresh collections
2. find all maintenance work orders and export to excel.
3. Launch plan
4. all maintenance work orders and export to excel
5. compare the two exports - MANY DISCONNECTS. They are highlighted in the attached file.
