ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ASCP Constraint without Detailed Scheduling Safety Stock calculation seems incorrect

Running an ASCP Constraint without detailed scheduling plan. Checked Safety stock numbers for FG level. Safety stock is set up as MRP Safety Stock Expectation was Safety stock numbers should match with Safety stock calculated by a classic constrained EDD plan at independent level for same item. Two plans are run on same data set and same profile options. We do understand at dependent BOM level Safety stock calculation will be different between day level and classic plan.We also understand Constraint without detailed scheduling plan publishes achieved safety stock numbers while a classic plan publishes target Safety stock numbers but as run in EDD mode at Independent level Target and achieved safety stock should be same and match that of classic plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Safety stock numbers should match the values calculated by a classic constrained EDD plan when run with the same data set and profile options.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run constrained plan without detailed scheduling
2. Run classic constrained EDD plan
3. Compare values
