(Doc ID 1960901.1)
Last updated on APRIL 27, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management - Version 7.2.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
You have an Navigation Issue in the Service Configuration Version where there are Parent and Child Service.
Let us consider example:
CFS and RFS are customer facing service and Resource Facing Service. CFS is parent service which has consumption/reference of one or more RFS's.
You are using SFWS - BI to Create or Update or Modify the Service Configuration Version.
After triggering the BI Modify Operation on the CFS Service. The Child RFS Services does not show up all the Configuration Tree as it has originally.
Means
The CFS -> Service Configuration Version -> RFS Config Item -> Expand RFS service and Service Configuration
has the different tree view than,
RFS Service -> RFS Service Configuration -> Tree.
The RFS that is shown as child of CFS does not show up all the Tree.
