Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a fresh installation of Instantis EnterpriseTrack 9.0, the template it_advanced_configfull.zipe was imported. After the import, the Base URL was overridden with an incorrect value. While attempting to fix it, an error is generated after attempting to Update the Base URL: https://[servername]/[path]/.
Note that the validate and save will work fine when using http in the URL. However, using https will validate - but it will not save.
The following error occurs:
Error while updating Base URL. Please correct the errors shown below, and try again.
Base URL must start with http protocol.
The issue has the following business impact:
Impact is that the icons are not getting rendered correctly at other places
Configuring the Base URL:

Configure the Base URL Link as follows:
a. From the Administration module, click on the Deployment Options tab.
b. Click the Base URL link, under Global Settings.
c. Save the current value of the Base URL as a backup.
d. Enter the new value for the Base URL.
e. Click Validate to test access to an icon.
f. Click the Update button to set the new Base URL link.
