ORA-00911: Invalid Character During Billing (Doc ID 1961283.1)

Symptoms

The following error has been returned in dm_ifw_sync.pinlog during billing:-


It is not returned for all accounts but for the ones having multiple products (this error is more likely to occur for accounts having more than one cycle forward product).

When running pin_cycle_forward for more than one day the same error is being returned.
