Context Value Not Displayed on Transfer Find [tsffind] Screen (Doc ID 1961400.1)

Symptoms

After applying the fix provided for <Bug 18152633>, the Transfer Find [tsffind] form is not displaying the promotion in context value field for existing transfers.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open tsffind screen.
  2. Enter a transfer number and note that the context value is not displayed.
