Goal

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) 7.5 Patch Set 10 is not installing files under PIN_HOME directory.

Steps:

1) Install OOB BRM 7.5.0.
2) Try installing OOB 7.5 Patch Set 10.

Expected Result:

It should install files at $PIN_HOME directory( e.g. /opt/portal/7.5).
