Incorrect Warning On Transfer Dispatch Indicating That Quantity Shipped Is Larger Than Stock On Hand (Doc ID 1961722.1)

Symptoms

When dispatching a transfer, the user receives a warning that the quantity shipped is larger that the stock on hand (SOH) and the system prompts the user to confirm whether the shipped quantity is correct or not even if there is sufficient quantity on hand.

The message shout appear after the system compares the SHIP_QTY and RESERVED_QTY and finds that the SHIP_QTY is larger than RESERVED_QTY.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a transfer in RMS making sure the sending store has 0 reserved qty for the item and the stock on hand is greater than the transfer quantity in RMS and SIM.
2. Accept the transfer at the Sending store in SIM and note that the reserved qty is increased by the transfer quantity.
3. Dispatch the transfer in SIM and note the message.
