With the correct settings of smtp server, user should be able to receive notifications.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Stop Instantis EnterpriseTrack
  2. Update site.properties with smtp.gmail.com
  3. Restart Instantis EnterpriseTrack

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive the notifications.
