Outbound Quality Audit Report Shows Incorrect Data (Doc ID 1961969.1)

Last updated on MARCH 18, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 13.2 to 13.2.8 [Release 13.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When performing QC Outbound Audit for a distributed container,  if unexpected item is found in the container, expected quantity (EXP_QTY) for the item recorded in QC_AUDIT record incorrectly shows same as actual quantity (ACT_QTY) found during the audit.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Take a container in distributed (D) status.
  2. GO the HH -> shipping -> QC Outbound Audit
  3. If user scans item which is not expected in this container, in table QC_AUDIT should be this records but in field EXP_QTY should be value 0. The form accepts items that do not belong to scanned container, however, in such cases it should populate QC_AUDIT.EXP_QTY field with 0, as this item was not expected as it has not been registered in the container during picking process. In current design if we open report, we cannot distinguish items that do not belong to this container and in one that in fact are in container as both have EXP_QTY = ACT_QTY.
