Compile Errors When Using Objectel 2.10.3.4

Symptoms
When trying to compile the custom codes on Objectel 2.10.3.4, the customer is facing the following errors:
"[OBJECTEL_HOME]/ILIB/boost/limits.hpp", line 36: Error: Multiple declaration for std::numeric_limits.
"[OBJECTEL_HOME]/ILIB/boost/limits.hpp", line 89: Error: Multiple declaration for std::numeric_limits.
"[OBJECTEL_HOME]/ILIB/boost/limits.hpp", line 89: Error: Multiple declaration for std::numeric_limits.
The compilation happens on top of Objectel 2.10.3.4, but the same does not happen when using Objectel 2.10.3.2.
