External Allocation With Non-Ranged Item Raises A Generic Error "Invalid Item"

Symptoms
While creating Allocations via RIB XALLOC scripts, if the item value passed to the script is not ranged to the sending warehouse; an error message is displayed.
The error message is :- "Invalid Item.XXXXX"
Customer expectations to have a relative & descriptive error message for each error type.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an allocation for a warehouse with an item not ranged to the warehouse.
2. Send allocation to RIB using the XAlloc external interface.
3. Check the error message raised in RIB for the allocation: “Invalid item”.
Expected: The error message should detail that the item is not ranged to the warehouse.
