Symptoms
This problem happens with the Oracle Billing and Revenue Manager (BRM) product version 7.4 with the JCA adapter deployed into the Oracle Application Server.
When the BRMConnectionPoolMinSize property on the Connection Factory is set to 0, the resource adapter throws an unexpected exception
