Inventory Adjustment in RWMS Is Generated With Null Quantity and Fails in RIB With Error "Expected NOT NULL" (Doc ID 1963385.1)

An inventory adjustment in Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) is generated with a null quantity and fails in Retail Integration Bus (RIB) with the following error:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Receive a Non-Specified Casepack (NSC) appointment.

  2. Start performing the putaway process, but do not complete it.

  3. Suppose that when user tries giving a location other than the suggested location, system throws the error “putaway plan location override is not allowed".  Do not  confirm as of now.

  4. Navigate to the GUI container checking screen and delete the container.

  5. Note that there is no record in the CONTAINER and CONTAINER_ITEM tables.

  6. Go back to Putaway screen and confirm OK; confirm the suggested location.

  7. Inventory adjustment is created with zero unit_quantity, and the message fails in RIB.
