Symptoms

3.0 OHADI Installation, users notice the following error message:


OHADI_SCHEMA_ENC_PASWD has failed and check 


<OHADI_HOME>/ohadi_oui/oracle.XXXX.ohadi/ohadi_logs/OHADI_SCHEMA_ENC_PASWD.log for the error 


The installer is finished installing Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration. 

Below is the content of the OHADI_SCHEMA_ENC_PASWD.log file : 

Encoded Password generation for HDM_6_AC : FAILED 
Encoded Password generation for HDI_6_AC : FAILED 
Encoded Password generation for HMC_6_AC3 : FAILED 
Encoded Password generation for SUPERVISOR : FAILED 
Encoded Password generation for MASTEROHADI30 : FAILED 
Encoded Password generation for WORKOHADI30 : FAILED
