Order Closed Through XORDERDTLMOD Not Updating the CLOSE_DATE in ORDHEAD Table

This issue has been resolved, and the fix will be included as part of the Oracle Retail Merchandising System 13.2.9 patch (once available).
Order closed through XORDERDTLMOD is not updating the CLOSE_DATE in ORDHEAD table, and a record gets inserted in DEAL_CALC_QUEUE table even when the order is closed.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an order in RMS and approve it.
- Cancel all items on the order through XorderDtlMod.
- Notice that a record is inserted into DEAL_CALC_QUEUE, and CLOSE_DATE is not updated in ORDHEAD table for this closed order.
