Symptoms

When attempting to check in a file through an ECI program, the following error occurs in the batchclient log file:

WHAT WORKS
==========
When using the interactive Java Client on the same machine and connect the ECI program to it, the check-in works as expected (to the same file vault).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
====================================
1. Run batchclient in eciserver mode.
2. Connect the Java Client with a program through ECI and try to run the check-in operation.
=> Error occurs.
