The Date Format Comes Out In Two Different Formats When Trying To Copy Paste from Primavera to Excel using German language

On : version, P6 Client Application

When trying to copy/paste the values from P6 to Excel, the dates don't have the same format as in P6.  The issue seems to be only when User Preferences is set to show Month Name.  Some of the dates have '-' separator and others have '.' separator, even though on User Preferences the Separator is set to '-'.

To be able to copy/paste to Excel when Month Name is checked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a project
2. Go to Activities
3. Copy all the values
4. Paste them in Excel
5. Look at the Date's format for each activity

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot copy/paste data from Activities to Excel for analyzing it.
