Trouble Call Clues Are Not Visible in the Viewer (Doc ID 1963689.1)

Symptoms

Not all trouble codes configured as clues in SRS_TROUBLE_CODES database table are displayed in the Viewer.

You have some clue code flags displaying in the Viewer and some that do not. The mapping probably isn't lined up somewhere.

Steps
1. Enter a CP call and note that the clue does not display for this call in the Viewer.
