Goal
Scenario:
* Created a shared folder for rated CDR's to get picked by batch handler
* Made all the path changes in files required , for example, GSMRelconfig.values and GPRSRelconfig.values and Infranet properties.
But, it is creating a lock file and CDR is not getting picked.
