PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_SPEC_CYCLE_FEE_INTERVAL Is Not Triggered During Cycle Arrear Product Cancellation (Doc ID 1964329.1)

Symptoms

We have a requirement that whenever we cancel the cycle arrear product, the applied prorated charge should include the day in which the cancellation is happened.

For example, cycle arrear product purchased on Nov 4th 2014 and then cancelled the product on Nov 10th 2014, BRM charges only for 6days (it won't include the cancellation day).

As per requirement, we need to charge 7day's including the day where product is cancelled.

In order to achieve this, we have customised the policy opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_SPEC_CYCLE_FEE_INTERVAL.
However, this opcode is not triggering during the cancellation for the cycle arrear product.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:-

Purchase a cycle arrear product with purchase and cancel proration setting as 'Calculate the charge based on the amount used'.
Cancel the product.

Note:- PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_SPEC_CYCLE_FEE_INTERVAL is triggered during cycle forward product cancellation.
