Central Coding Job Fails Intermittently (Doc ID 1964486.1)

Symptoms

 Central Coding job fails.  The error in the job log shows:

To prevent out-of-sync verbatim and query data, the ExchangeQueryUpdates job will not be run. Please resolve the following error first: Source:Central Coding. Job failed with the following error: An exception has been thrown calling the web method: GetCodingData at url: <base InForm Adapter URL>/InFormAdapter/coding/coding.asmx Exception Message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

 

The HTTPERR logs on the InForm Adapter machine will show an error saying: HTTP/1.1 POST /InformAdapter/coding/coding.asmx - 1 Connection_Abandoned_By_AppPool ASP.NET+V2.0.  The timestamp will match the time the job failed.  If there is a job in Live and UAT failing, then there could be two errors like this at the same time.
