Symptoms

On an Oracle Commerce 11.1 environment, changes made in Experience Manager are not updating on the assembler when the promote_content script is run.

The Endeca application components reside on one host (ITL-Host), and the application server (App Server) houses the assemblers.

The logs are not reporting any errors, and the assembler update appears to proceed correctly.
