Unable To Change InfoManager Super User Password

On page 9 of the Oracle Knowledge InfoManager Administration Guide there is section titled "Changing the Super User Password" which provides instructions on how to change the password for the "Super Admin" user together with a screen shot.
When logged on as user "Super Admin" and "Management Console Users" selected within the IM Console for the SYSTEM repository, the "Super Admin" user does not appear in the list so it is not possible to change the password.
