Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), you cannot create a Hierarchy on a custom / user defined leaf.  When you right click on "Right click here to build tree" and select "Add Child", there are no members displayed. 

Members are displayed under the Orphan branch.  You do not understand why these members do not appear in the "Add Child" screen.
