Goal

While the first Dosage Regimens (Start Date/Time = 17-JUN-2014 00:00) is entered with complete date and 2nd Dosage Regimens (Start Date/Time) is entered partial date (??-???-2014 00:00), the Onset latency in event tab is not populating automatically.
