Unable to Finalize Obligation When RTM_TRNSPRT_OBL_ALLOC_METHOD Is Set to NULL: "No Records Found" Error Occurs (Doc ID 1965483.1)

Symptoms

Unable to finalize an obligation when RTM_TRNSPRT_OBL_ALLOC_METHOD is set to NULL.  The following error occurs on the Actual Landed Cost (ALC) Finalization screen:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set the RTM_UNIT_OPTIONS.RTM_TRNSPRT_OBL_ALLOC_METHOD to NULL.

  2. Apply the patch for <Bug 19823220>.
  3. Try to finalize the obligation.
  4. Notice the error ‘No records found for the search criteria’ in the Actual Landed Cost (ALC) Finalization screen.

Changes

 The fix for <Bug 19823220> was applied.
