COHORT: Download File is Grey and Not Active to Click and Download (Doc ID 1965739.1)

Cohort Explorer version 3.0.1

One particular user is not able to use the download file feature in Cohort Explorer (Single Patient Viewer).  The download link is grey.

It is expected that the user should be able to download the file correctly in Cohort Explorer (Single Patient Viewer)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Single Patient Viewer --> View Record

1. Enter the “Patient ID”
2. Uncheck “Diagnosis” on left hand navigation bar under “Selections”
3. Check “Specimen Samples Collected” on left hand navigation bar under “Selections”
4. Check “Specimen with Genomic Results” on left hand navigation bar under “Selections”
5. Check “Derived Files” on left hand navigation bar under “Selections”
6. Select the “Submit” button

Under the Derived Files, user has links under file name.

7. When they click the:

filename.vcf hyperlink --> and try to click "Download File", Download File is greyed out.  This is the problem. Users are expecting that Download File should not be grey, instead be active and available to click.
