Unable To Load Fully Customized Storable Class Through Pin_rel (Doc ID 1965775.1)

Goal

We have requirement not to load the rated EDR into OOTB event and balance tables. For tuniexp event(event/delayed/session/telco/tuniexp), no event details and no balance impact are required and only Associated Record details needs to be loaded into custom base class(/vc_tuniexp).

In Infranet.Properties we add like below.

 But its not helping, would be possible to provide the list and type of parameters passed to the pin_rel_pre_updater_sp stored procedure and pin_rel_updater_sp stored proceudre, so that we can try creating the dummy procedure with same list of parameters and see if it works. ?
